Just a Reminder – Your next Lobbyist Employment and Expenditures Report is due: September 10, 2020 (covers May 1 through August 31, 2020)

Effective July 2018, all lobbyist are required to FILE ALL FORMS ELECTRONICALLY with the Kansas Secretary of State’s Election Division (Click Here).  Change passed during the 2018 Legislative session.

Affidavit of Exemption From Filing Lobbyist Employment and Expenditures Report – This form can only be filed on the due date of your first report for 2019 – If you intend to have expenditures totaling $100 or less in EACH reporting period.
